I turn business problems into shipped, production software by directing AI coding tools end-to-end. Over the last
several months I designed, built, and deployed a multi-tenant AI operations platform running five live LLM agents,
a paid AI-consulting practice with real clients, and an auction-arbitrage engine that earned a signed equity
partnership. I bring the operations judgment to know what to build and the AI-native speed to actually build it.

BrainOS. Multi-tenant AI operations platformCo-founder / Builder
An AI operations layer for roofing companies. Five specialist LLM agents (claims recovery, communications,
estimating, bookkeeping, scheduling) reason over a company's email, jobs, and financials, then draft finished
work behind human approval gates. The system runs 72 API routes, 108 database migrations, 13 scheduled jobs, and
80-plus automated test harnesses. I hardened it through two independent security-audit passes: multi-tenant
row-level-security isolation verified by probes, role-based access control across 44 capabilities and 9 roles,
AES-256-GCM credential encryption, and per-org rate limiting and spend ceilings. Live in production at a regional
roofing company.
A productized "generative engine optimization" audit practice. I built a 27-tool deterministic scoring engine
that audits a website's AI-visibility with no per-run API cost, then renders a client-ready PDF. Thirteen clients
audited, two paid implementations. One client, Thrive Smart Systems, moved from a visibility score of 22 to 85,

Westpeak. Internal operations toolsOperations Lead
Two live web apps used by 60-plus field reps: a job-margin and invoicing calculator, and a material-order and
insurance-supplement tool, plus a roof-intelligence targeting layer over roughly a million property parcels.
Integrated JobNimbus CRM, Supabase, and PostGIS, with Gmail and Calendar automation.
Two live local lead-generation sites with end-to-end lead routing and measured search-ranking gains; a
multi-camera 3D-reconstruction computer-vision pipeline (PyTorch, OpenCV, YOLO, DUSt3R); and a personal AI
operating layer of 61 reusable skills and 4 custom subagents that runs my daily work across seven projects.
